Xavier has over 20 years of professional experience in consulting, business development, and operations. He is a Partner in Latin America, based in Brazil, where he continues to develop our business and foster relationships in the region.
Before joining Partners in Performance, Xavier spent five years setting up the Latin American operations of GrandVision, a leading optical retailer: he opened the regional office in São Paulo and integrated acquisitions in Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Mexico, before taking a position as Supply Chain Director of the group’s Brazilian subsidiary. He also spent three years as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
Xavier has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and expertise in supporting his clients with transformational projects. His ability to work in Portuguese, Spanish, and English allows him to effectively collaborate with clients across the Latin American region.
His multicultural background enables him to navigate regional nuances and interpret underlying context and signals from client teams. This facilitates a better understanding of client capabilities and needs, enabling him to have highly constructive discussions around optimal approaches to reach business objectives.
