Susana has a long background in management consulting, particularly across strategy and core operational projects from previous roles at ProInversión Perú and McKinsey & Company. Her current focus is helping position Partners in Performance as the best partner for clients to implement their Energy Transition strategy.

Susana's career began in Peru, working with the Peruvian Government on the development of the first private‑public partnerships for the investment on new key infrastructure across the country. After her MBA, she joined the consulting industry with McKinsey, where she developed an expertise in oil and gas topics, with a particular focus in the Energy Transition as her role evolved.
