Shona is a Malaysia‑based Partner in Partners in Performance. An accomplished management consultant and senior adviser with experience in top ttop‑tierier consulting firms, Shona is always focused on complex strategic engagements for companies, governments and investors.

Shona has deep strategic and operational expertise across sectors including government, energy, petrochemicals, e‑commerce, logistics, transportation and, retail, having served clients across Asia Pacific and the Middle East (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, UAE).

She joined Partners in Performance in 2021 having founded Invictus Consulting. Prior to this milestone she had worked as a Consultant at Accenture, an Associate Principal at Ethos & Company, an Engagement Lead at Schlumberger and latterly as a Director at Strategy& and across a career spanning 25 years.

Shona places great importance on investing in building open and honest relationships with clients based on trust, in the hope that she can be a trusted adviser. Her positive energy and practical, hands‑on approach allow her to work effectively across levels.

She is passionate about co‑designing change programmes that meet the strategic priorities of the top execs and unleash potential across all organisation levels.
