Rochelle has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, having worked with clients in a range of industries including mining and resources, public transport, health and pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial services, education and not for profit.
She held positions at Deloitte, Pacific Strategy Partners, Yarra Trams and RB Consulting prior to joining Partners in Performance. Her project work has included reviews, developing board‑level papers, pre‑acquisition due diligence, industry and competitor analysis and benchmarking.
A holder of a BSc and a PhD from Monash University, Rochelle has extensive experience in developing and delivering strategic change programs for many organisations. She considers herself to be a trusted problem‑solver that works collaboratively with clients to identify and implement practical solutions.
At Partners in Performance, she uses this breadth of experience to enable organisations to achieve their strategic goals more efficiently, while providing practical governance mechanisms to effectively exceed project and contract commitments.
