‟I love supporting clients to make changes that really matter to them, not just as a business or organisation, but also as individuals. Better performance often goes hand in hand with people feeling better about the work they do, more capable about delivering it, and in control of becoming even better in the future. That is truly unleashed potential.”

She has deep expertise in value creation, problem solving, and building and leading strong teams. She has been with Partners in Performance since June 2022 and is Partner, UK.
Before joining Partners in Performance, Mary was an independent consultant for 11 years, collaborating with a wide range of clients to define and deliver high impact business strategies to maximise value. Mary believes in staying focused on the key things that really matter for a particular engagement and which help her confirm she’s having maximum impact for her clients and teams. She does this by being a relentless prioritiser and by encouraging others to cut through what they ‘could do’ and spotlighting what they ‘should do’. She maintains that this way, everyone is clear they are making progress on delivering results.
