Eriks brings more than 20 years of management consulting experience across a range of industries to Partners in Performance. He heads the Central Asia region, which has enjoyed rapid growth under his leadership.

Adopting an agile, flexible approach, Eriks brings stability and direction to ambiguous business environments. Through his partnerships with major corporations, he has become known for lifting operational performance and delivering tangible results that last.

Before joining Partners in Performance in 2008, Eriks worked for Bain & Company and Cap Gemini. He has expertise across industries, including financial services, mining, and metals, energy, utilities, and retail. He also has significant experience working with private equity clients, with a focus on commercial due diligence.

Eriks has worked in Eastern and Western Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. He is fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian which enables him to work alongside geographically diverse international clients.

Eriks thrives on helping senior executives strategise and execute complex change initiatives to enable positive, long‑lasting commercial and people‑focused change.
