Ekaterina has more than 10 years of consulting experience across a range of industries, including oil and gas, metals and mining, transportation, and construction.

She joined Partners in Performance in 2017 and is currently an Associate Principal for the Central Asia region. Ekaterina offers expertise in operational improvement, cost optimisation, procurement, and contract management. She has collaborated with clients in Russia, North America, CIS, and UAE.

In her early career, Ekaterina worked at EY as a Senior Manager, where she was responsible for engagements focused on cost reduction, supply chain management, capital projects, and productivity improvements in the metals and mining, and oil and gas industries.

Ekaterina brings energy, a passion to succeed, and a ‘can‑do’ attitude to all her engagements. She strongly believes healthy communication and drive are key to our clients achieving their goals, and as such works closely with their organisations to ensure both are prevalent across all levels of the business.
