Prior to joining Partners in Performance in 2014, Duncan was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and Bain and Company. In 2007, he founded Social Ventures Australia Consulting (SVAC), a social‑purpose consultancy focusing on inequality, disadvantage, and wellness issues. Following the success of SVAC, Duncan became a respected and recognised thought leader in the Australian ‘for purpose’ sector.

Duncan serves as Partners in Performance’s Chief Operating Officer. He also leads the Finance, IT, Recruitment, Remuneration, and People and Culture functions.

Duncan help steams and individuals unlock their potential by questioning what has been done before and challenging the status quo. Applying his diverse experience and skills he brings a fresh perspective to redefine goals and achieve greater performance. He believes strongly in driving success by creating a safe, yet innovative, environment that brings out the best in people.
