Michael brings to Partners in Performance more than 30 years of experience in consulting and leadership roles in professional services, engineering and construction, automotive, finance, telecommunications, and energy and utilities. He is part of the UK and European Leadership Team, focussing on growing our core client base while mentoring and developing our consulting team in the region.

Michael’s approach combines proven growth strategies with digital transformation and a commitment to training and developing people at all levels of the business.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance in 2021, Michael was the Managing Director and Global PMI Leader at Concentra Analytics where he built their German business from the ground up and generated revenue for their OrgVue platform. His vast, cross-industry experience in growing international companies, PMI, and innovation management has supported his success in Managing Director roles for large professional services and consulting firms, and as the Global CEO of the world’s oldest management consultancy, Arthur D. Little.

Based in Germany, Michael has an international outlook having worked on consulting projects across Europe, Asia, and the USA, holding roles with global responsibility, and regularly participating in World Economic Forums. He speaks fluent German, English, and French which enables him to work closely with geographically diverse clients and consultants.

Michael shares with clients his deep expertise in transforming companies and developing new businesses from the ground up with a sound organisational design, growth-focussed strategies, and a commitment to the people he works with.
