Bernhard has extensive industry experience in utilities, engineering, and oil and gas. He joined Partners in Performance in 2021 as a Director driving growth in the Middle East and North African oil and gas sector – a key hub for the global industry.

Bernhard’s experience encompasses market development, efficiency improvement, and strategic implementation. He also has broad senior leadership experience and has worked internationally in the United States, China, and Dubai.

Before joining Partners in Performance, Bernhard was a network partner with Innogy Consulting, focusing on market development in the Middle East. He has also held roles in Oliver Wyman as head of the energy team for the Middle East and Africa, and A.T. Kearney, where he held various senior roles globally focusing on business growth in the utility sector in China and Dubai.

With a strong track record in building successful teams in developing markets, Bernhard is a highly regarded mentor and coach both internally and for clients across all levels of the organisation.
