Ali‑Reza has more than 20 years of experience in technology with an extensive focus on transforming entire organisations to make them more digitally enabled.
He has a long background in management consulting, having worked on large‑scale business transformations across Europe, Asia and Australia.
Before joining Partners in Performance, he was an independent consultant for the UK government, supporting them on the creation and optimisation of a Health Safety Agency that covers Surveillance and the NHS Test and Trace (COVID‑19) capabilities.
A business‑focused IT senior executive, Ali promotes a pragmatic and hands‑on approach to influence business and technology agendas. He is energised to drive and build the Digital agenda for Partners in Performance across Europe.
Throughout his career, Ali has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Germany, India, Mexico, Spain, United States, Belgium, Ireland and Austria.
